It has been almost 3 months since Abby moved in and she is doing just GREAT! She seems to melt the heart of everyone she meets. Her confidence has grown tremendously. She graduated from basic obedience class. "Rollover" was her easiest command to learn as you know she LOVES her belly rubs. We are still working on her "drop it" and "leave it" though. One story I want to share is that the coat the vet donated to Abby when she had her surgery, actually is a coat that my mom donated to the vet for their day of donated surgeries. It was a coat that belonged to her dog, Max. Interesting that Abby ended up with that coat, I feel like that coat came full circle and that Abby was meant to be here.
